pediatrician, endocrinologist, nutritionist, maybe a psychologist, too.

I’d like the whole family in diabetic education classes as well as family counseling. Too often, we see only the affected child and mother. The rest of the family doesn’t think it’s necessary for them.

probally when your blood drops too low that can cause blurred vision. the symptoms are similar. this is the opposit fo diabetes. but yes it can turn into diabetes.

You would have to define "cure" first. According to my recent blood test, I’m not diabetic even though I was diagnosed with it over three years ago. I don’t necessarily claim to be cured, but the results are looking pretty good so far…. Here’s what I’m doing:

Yes.
Those symptoms only occur during high blood sugar.
However, low blood sugar comes with other symptoms: shaking, mood swings (personally, i have to fight back tears xD), nervousness, extreme fatigue, desperate hunger, fogginess, dizziness, sweating. Those are my symptoms but other people experience other things.

Low blood sugar is MUCH more noticeable than High Blood sugar, you only usually have high blood sugar symptoms when you’re above 300.

You should check-out, Kevin Trudeau’s Natural Cures book. I haven’t read this book myself but I have heard many good things about it. I believe he addresses diabetes in length and things you can do to bring it under control.

I wish you the best of luck and good health. I really feel you on this issue because my dad passed away from diabetes.

my blood pressure is usually around 115 to 120 exact over 70 an a oulse at about 90 is that normal?

I have taken cinnamon bark in capsule form and it does help. But, it causes really nasty heartburn. I’ve taken 1000-2000mg at a time and it would assist in lowering my blood sugar. I did notice a real difference. But, I do prefer a lesser dose mixed with other herbs, because of the heartburn.

One herb formula I absolutely love is Nature’s Way Blood Sugar. It contains gymnema sylvestre, bitter melon, fenugreek, bilberry and nopal opuntia. It used to contain cinnamon, but I think the formula changed. It is still the best herb formula I’ve tried. It helps so much to lower my blood sugar.

I also take a multimineral with chromium. My favorite is Solaray’s Biocitrate Multimineral. It recommens taking four a day, but I only take two. I don’t feel the need for that many.

3 words – Polyphagia, polydipsia, and polyuria. They mean to eat a lot, drink a lot, and pee a lot. Those are questions we are taught to ask patients to screen for diabetes. Other things DM II can do is cause nerve damage, kidney damage, and eye damage. It raises blood pressure and can increase your risk of heart attacks. Bad thing all around. To diagnose it see your doctor and get a fasting blood glucose level.

im so scared i might have it, my blood pressure is 124/70 but..well u never know. i cant wait intill i get tested
